2C gear metering system for processing low- to medium-viscosity adhesives and sealants
The mastermix LV is a precise metering system for processing reactive 2C adhesives and sealants with a mixing ratio from 1:1 to 10:1.
Due to the low viscosity, both components flow by gravity from elevated containers into supply tanks. Electrically driven gear metering pumps mounted on these tanks deliver the material with high volumetric accuracy. Mixing takes place in a static mixer.

The system is designed as standard for material supply from a 1000 l IBC (A component) and a 200 l drum (B component).
Typical applications include processing 2C polyurethane for sandwich panel bonding.

The mastermix LV ensures process-reliable, consistent material dosing while offering easy handling and a maintenance-friendly design – ideal for industrial applications with continuous material flow.
