The mastermix XS 2K dispenses 2C adhesives and sealants from drum and pail, at a fixed ratio of 5:1 or 10:1.

Piston technology

Mechanically coupled, robustly built.

A hydraulically driven shovel piston pump delivers the A component, a pneumatically driven shovel piston pump the B component. A metering pump, mechanically coupled to the hydraulic cylinder of the A side, adds the B component at a fixed ratio of 5:1 or 10:1.

Static mixer

Mixed right at the valve.

The A and B components stay separate up to the material valve and are mixed in the static mixer. The mixer is changed in no time.
