2K dosing system for processing adhesives and sealants from 200 L and 20 L containers.

The mastermix XS 2K is a dosing system for the precise processing of reactive 2-component adhesives and sealants in a mixing ratio of 5:1 or 10:1. The A component is continuously pumped from a 200-liter drum via a piston pump. The B component is metered from a 20-liter hobbock via a separate piston metering pump. Mixing takes place in a static mixer, ensuring a homogeneous and reliable application.

The system is designed for manual applications and is particularly suitable for processes that require precise mixing quality and easy handling. The open, maintenance-friendly design ensures reliable operation and fast service in daily industrial use.
