Park position with automatic purging

Parking position with automatic purge shot for the 2C material valves of t-s-i.de mixing and dispensing systems. The 2C material valve is placed into the parking position during breaks; a sensor detects the docked valve. After a material-dependent preset time, the control unit automatically triggers a purge shot that flushes the static mixer with fresh material, preventing the mixed material from curing inside the mixer. The parking position includes a designated space for a 20-litre pail into which the purge shot is dispensed. On the mastermix XS 2K, purge shot and interval times are set via timer relays; on the mastermix gear drive, directly via the touch panel. Settings are pre-configured at the factory before delivery.
