Return Policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its unopened original packaging. You will also need the invoice or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns:
- Custom-made products and customer-specific configurations (e.g. individually built systems, special orders)
- Opened or used consumables and wear parts (e.g. static mixers, cartridges, seals)
- Items that have come into contact with media
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want: request a return for the item you received, and once accepted, purchase the desired item in a separate order.
Scope of Application
Our offer is directed exclusively at commercial customers within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (B2B). There is therefore no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers. The above return policy is a voluntary service provided by t-s-i.de Misch- und Dosiertechnik GmbH.
Return Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
Returns are shipped by post. The cost and organization of the return shipment (including the return label) are the responsibility of the customer. For returns of items in perfect condition, we charge a restocking fee of 20% of the product price. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, no costs will be charged to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method, less the restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
