Since 1998, t-s-i.de, short for Thomas Schwartz Industriemaschinen, has been developing and manufacturing modular mixing and dispensing systems as a manufacturer of dispensing systems for adhesives and sealants. Family-run in Rhineland-Palatinate, with a focus on durable technology and reliable cooperation.
We also offer static mixers, cartridge guns, cartridges, nozzles and other consumables. Our solutions range from manual workstations to automated robot and linear gantry solutions. They are based on Siemens and Festo components and an open design that is easy to maintain.

1993
The Roots
Thomas Schwartz repairs shoe machinery as a sideline. From this hands-on experience and his know-how as an application engineer at a renowned adhesive manufacturer, the idea emerges to develop his own mixing and metering systems, precisely tailored to the process requirements of industry.

Foundation of t-s-i.de
Thomas Schwartz founds t-s-i.de (Thomas Schwartz Industriemaschinen) as a specialist in mixing and metering technology for adhesives and sealants.

2004
Additional production site in Cluj-Napoca
To expand production capacity, t-s-i.de opens an additional production site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Simple standard systems are built there. The development and construction of the technically demanding systems remain in Germany throughout.

2018
Second generation & move to Waldmohr
Kevin Schwartz takes over the management in the second generation. In the same year, the company moves into its current headquarters in Waldmohr. The focus shifts consistently to gear metering technology.

2020
Launch of the mastermix gear drive
The pandemic period is used consistently for development: the mastermix gear drive is launched and has been continuously optimized ever since. Today it is the most important 2C system platform in our portfolio.

2025
100% production in Germany
Closure of the Cluj-Napoca site and relocation of all production back to Waldmohr. Development and production have been fully Made in Germany ever since.
Gear metering technology: the mastermix gear drive family
At the core of our portfolio is gear pump dispensing technology. The mastermix gear drive family (compact, gear drive and robot) dispenses 2C adhesives continuously, virtually without pulsation and with high reproducibility.
Since its launch in 2020, the platform has been continuously developed: modular design, prepared for robots and linear gantries, manufactured in Waldmohr.

Location & Production
Our dispensing systems for adhesives and sealants are built at our headquarters in Waldmohr (Rhineland-Palatinate). In modern production facilities with a showroom, we develop and build tailor-made solutions.
We also have a well-stocked warehouse with state-of-the-art infrastructure: our ERP system is directly connected to the B2B web shop and ensures efficient processes.
