Since 1998, t-s-i.de has been developing and manufacturing modular mixing and dosing systems as a manufacturer of dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. A family-owned company based in Rhineland-Palatinate, we focus on durable technology and reliable cooperation.
We also supply static mixers, cartridge dispensers, cartridges, nozzles, and other consumables. Our solutions range from manual workstations to automated robot and gantry systems. They are based on Siemens and Festo components as well as an open, maintenance-friendly design.

1993
The Roots
Thomas Schwartz repairs shoe machinery as a sideline. From this hands-on experience and his know-how as an application engineer at a renowned adhesive manufacturer, the idea emerges to develop his own mixing and metering systems – precisely tailored to the process requirements of industry.

Foundation of t-s-i.de
Thomas Schwartz founds t-s-i.de – Thomas Schwartz Industriemaschinen – as a specialist in mixing and metering technology for adhesives and sealants.

2004
Additional production site in Cluj-Napoca
To expand production capacity, t-s-i.de opens an additional production site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Simple standard systems are built there – the development and construction of the technically demanding systems remain in Germany throughout.

2018
Second generation & move to Waldmohr
Kevin Schwartz takes over the management in the second generation. In the same year, the company moves into its current headquarters in Waldmohr. The focus shifts consistently to gear metering technology.

2020
Launch of the mastermix gear drive
The pandemic period is used consistently for development: the mastermix gear drive is launched and has been continuously optimized ever since – today the most important 2C system platform in our portfolio.

2025
100% production in Germany
Closure of the Cluj-Napoca site and relocation of all production back to Waldmohr. Development and production have been fully Made in Germany ever since.
Future & Focus
Since 2018, Kevin Schwartz has been managing t-s-i.de in the second generation. This ensures that the company remains family-owned and future-oriented.
In 2022, we launched a B2B webshop to simplify the procurement of spare parts and consumables for our customers. In 2025, the webshop was relaunched with a focus on continuous optimization.
At the core of our business lies gear pump dosing technology, particularly for 2K applications with the mastermix gear drive, which represents the most important system in our portfolio.

At our headquarters in Waldmohr (Rhineland-Palatinate), we manufacture our dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. In modern production facilities with a showroom, we develop and build customized solutions.
We also maintain a well-stocked warehouse with state-of-the-art infrastructure – our ERP system is directly connected to the B2B webshop, ensuring efficient processes.
