Gear pumps are the heart of many dispensing systems when it comes to precise, volume-based metering. With their virtually pulsation-free and continuous delivery, they are perfectly suited for both manual applications and automated processes using robots or linear gantries.

Material Feed with Ram Pumps
Pneumatically driven ram pumps deliver the material from the original container (20-liter hobbock or 200-liter drum) to the metering unit.

1C systems use a 1C material valve; 2C systems use a 2C material valve with a static mixer for homogeneous mixing.
To mixing technologyOur piston metering systems also feed material from the original container using ram pumps, but meter differently: On the monoflow 20 and monoflow 200, the ram pump delivers directly to the dispensing gun. On the mastermix XS and mastermix XS 2K, it delivers the A component directly to the gun or mixer, while the B component is added by a downstream piston metering pump at a fixed mixing ratio of 10:1 or 5:1.
