Flow sensors measure the actual volumetric flow during the running process and significantly increase metering accuracy. They ensure the mixing ratio is maintained in 2C applications and the exact metering volume in 1C systems.

Material Feed with Ram Pumps
Pneumatically driven ram pumps deliver the material from the original container – from 20-liter hobbocks to 200-liter drums – to the metering unit.

Application via the Material Valve
1C systems use a 1C material valve; 2C systems use a 2C material valve with a static mixer for homogeneous mixing.
To mixing technologyOur piston metering systems also feed material from the original container using ram pumps – but meter differently: On the monoflow 20 and monoflow 200, the ram pump delivers directly to the dispensing gun. On the mastermix XS and mastermix XS 2K, it delivers the A component directly to the gun or mixer, while the B component is added by a downstream piston metering pump at a fixed mixing ratio of 10:1 or 5:1.
