Shipping policy
Our shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout, based on our UPS contract rates and depending on the destination country, weight and package dimensions of your order. You see the exact amount before you place your order. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
How the shipping price is made up
UPS contract rate for your shipment + 4.90 € packaging and handling fee. No minimum order value, no surcharges for small orders.

Deliveries to Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are subject to customs clearance. Import charges (duties, import VAT) are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the recipient.

Import charges (duties, import VAT and any brokerage fees) are not included in the shipping price and are payable by the recipient in the destination country (Incoterm DAP).
Systems, palletised goods and shipments over 70 kg
Mixing and metering systems as well as shipments with a total weight of more than 70 kg are sent by freight forwarder or air freight. We will prepare an individual freight quote for you. Please contact us.
Notes
The delivery times stated are transit times from dispatch in Waldmohr, Germany, and apply to items in stock. Availability and lead time of individual items are shown on the respective product page. Dispatch and delivery take place on business days (Monday to Friday). Price examples are indicative values as of September 2026; the amount shown at checkout is binding.
