2K dosing system for processing adhesives and sealants from 200 L and 20 L containers.

The mastermix XS is a dosing system for the precise processing of reactive 2-component adhesives and sealants in a mixing ratio of 5:1 or 10:1. The A component is continuously pumped from a 200-liter drum via a piston pump. The B component is added from a 20-liter hobbock via a separate piston dosing pump. Mixing takes place directly in the robust trumpet mixer.

The system is specifically used for manual edge sealing of insulating glass units and impresses with its reliable dosing accuracy, robust construction, and maintenance-friendly design.
