The mastermix XS is built for edge sealing of insulating glass: 2C material at 5:1 or 10:1.

Piston technology

Mechanically coupled, robustly built.

A hydraulically driven shovel piston pump delivers the A component, a pneumatically driven shovel piston pump the B component. A metering pump, mechanically coupled to the hydraulic cylinder of the A side, adds the B component at a fixed ratio of 5:1 or 10:1.

Trumpet mixer

Mixed in the robust trumpet mixer.

Both components are mixed directly in the trumpet mixer, designed for daily use in insulating glass production.
