Cartridge filling system

The compressed-air cartridge filling station fills 310 ml aluminium or PE cartridges semi-automatically directly from the mixing and dispensing system. Depending on the application, 1C or 2C materials can be processed, and the filling level is freely selectable.

The integrated purge function pays off especially with 2C materials: after the pot life has elapsed, material is purged automatically, reliably preventing the mixer from curing. This reduces downtime, cleaning effort and mixer consumption.
