The mastermix gear basic is a robust and cost-efficient metering system for processing reactive 2C adhesives and sealants with a mixing ratio from 1:1 to 10:1. Both components are supplied from the containers via pneumatically driven ram pumps and fed into electrically driven gear metering pumps. Mixing takes place in a static mixer.

The system is designed for material supply from 200 L drums (A component) and 20 L pails (B component) as standard. It is intended for manual applications and deliberately omits automation functions and complex control technology – ensuring simple, reliable, and precise metering.

The mastermix gear basic is the ideal choice for users who require solid and process-reliable 2C gear pump technology while maintaining an excellent price-performance ratio.
