About us
Since 1998, t-s-i.de has been developing and manufacturing modular mixing and dosing systems as a manufacturer of dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. A family-owned company based in Rhineland-Palatinate, we focus on durable technology and reliable cooperation.
We also supply static mixers, cartridge dispensers, cartridges, nozzles, and other consumables. Our solutions range from manual workstations to automated robot and gantry systems. They are based on Siemens and Festo components as well as an open, maintenance-friendly design.
History
The company was founded by Thomas Schwartz, who initially carried out shoe machine repairs on a part-time basis in 1993. From this practical experience and his expertise as an application engineer at a renowned adhesive manufacturer, the idea arose to develop our own mixing and dosing systems – precisely tailored to the process engineering requirements of the industry.
Since its founding in 1998, t-s-i.de has grown continuously. After several relocations, our headquarters is now located in Waldmohr.
Future & Focus
Since 2018, Kevin Schwartz has been managing t-s-i.de in the second generation. This ensures that the company remains family-owned and future-oriented.
In 2022, we launched a B2B webshop to simplify the procurement of spare parts and consumables for our customers. In 2025, the webshop was relaunched with a focus on continuous optimization.
At the core of our business lies gear pump dosing technology, particularly for 2K applications with the mastermix gear drive, which represents the most important system in our portfolio.

Our Core Technologies
Scoop piston pumps
Powerful feeding straight from original containers
Our scoop piston pumps feed pasty or highly viscous materials directly from the container at up to 360 bar. Even extremely tough media are dosed reliably. The robust technology also handles low-viscosity components and ensures maximum process reliability with minimal maintenance.
Gear pumps
Precise, continuous material dosing
Gear pumps enable exact, volume-based dosing, which is especially important for 2K systems. They feed with low pulsation and at a constant rate, even with low-viscosity or abrasive media. Ideal for applications with tight tolerances and high process responsibility in adhesive bonding.
Progressive cavity pumps
Low wear with abrasive media
For highly filled or abrasive adhesives, progressive cavity pumps are the first choice. They feed almost pulsation-free and are very gentle on the material. The flow rate is precisely controlled via speed, for durable, low-maintenance systems with constant dosing performance.
Flow sensors
Real-time control for maximum dosing accuracy
Our sensors measure the volume flow directly in the material stream, in real time. They ensure the correct mixing ratio in 2K applications and monitor the applied amount with 1K materials. Every application is documented and the bond remains permanently reproducible.
Mixing technology
Static or dynamic for perfect results
The right solution for every 2K application: static mixers as an economical single-use option or dynamic mixers with rotating elements for maximum mixing quality. Both systems deliver homogeneous, bubble-free results, matched to material and process requirements.
Booster technology
Accelerated curing for 1K adhesives
Booster technology specifically reduces curing time. An additive is blended in during dosing and significantly shortens the reaction time, independent of ambient conditions. This increases cycle rates and reduces downtime in production.
Location & Production
At our headquarters in Waldmohr (Rhineland-Palatinate), we manufacture our dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. In modern production facilities with a showroom, we develop and build customized solutions.
We also maintain a well-stocked warehouse with state-of-the-art infrastructure – our ERP system is directly connected to the B2B webshop, ensuring efficient processes.
