About us

Since 1998, t-s-i.de has been developing and manufacturing modular mixing and dosing systems as a manufacturer of dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. A family-owned company based in Rhineland-Palatinate, we focus on durable technology and reliable cooperation.

We also supply static mixers, cartridge dispensers, cartridges, nozzles, and other consumables. Our solutions range from manual workstations to automated robot and gantry systems. They are based on Siemens and Festo components as well as an open, maintenance-friendly design.

History

The company was founded by Thomas Schwartz, who initially carried out shoe machine repairs on a part-time basis in 1993. From this practical experience and his expertise as an application engineer at a renowned adhesive manufacturer, the idea arose to develop our own mixing and dosing systems – precisely tailored to the process engineering requirements of the industry.

Since its founding in 1998, t-s-i.de has grown continuously. After several relocations, our headquarters is now located in Waldmohr.

Future & Focus

Since 2018, Kevin Schwartz has been managing t-s-i.de in the second generation. This ensures that the company remains family-owned and future-oriented.

In 2022, we launched a B2B webshop to simplify the procurement of spare parts and consumables for our customers. In 2025, the webshop was relaunched with a focus on continuous optimization.

At the core of our business lies gear pump dosing technology, particularly for 2K applications with the mastermix gear drive, which represents the most important system in our portfolio.

At our headquarters in Waldmohr (Rhineland-Palatinate), we manufacture our dosing systems for adhesives and sealants. In modern production facilities with a showroom, we develop and build customized solutions.

We also maintain a well-stocked warehouse with state-of-the-art infrastructure – our ERP system is directly connected to the B2B webshop, ensuring efficient processes.
