The static mixer MPF 21-15T-03 (GXF-21-15) is a precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for fast and homogeneous mixing of two-component materials. The cross-grid geometry enables highly efficient mixing with significantly reduced length compared to traditional helical mixers.

The mixing elements are made of polypropylene (white/orange at Ø 21 mm). The polypropylene housing provides excellent chemical resistance and is designed for industrial applications.

This version features G3/4" threaded connections on both inlet and outlet sides, making it ideal for direct integration into pipelines, mixing systems and industrial dispensing equipment.

In addition, the mixer includes a 24.3 mm bell interface, allowing flexible integration into different system configurations.

With its large diameter and high number of mixing elements, it delivers maximum mixing performance and is particularly suitable for applications with very high material throughput and continuous processes.

It is specifically designed for applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences, such as mixing ratios of 10:1 or 100:1.
