The static mixer MPF 21-15T-02 (GXF-21-15, item no. 0001-9998-2115XFG) is a high-performance precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for fast and homogeneous mixing of two-component materials. The cross-grid geometry enables highly efficient mixing with significantly reduced length compared to traditional helical mixers.

The mixing elements are made of polypropylene (white/orange at Ø 21 mm) and are optimized for industrial applications. The polypropylene housing ensures excellent chemical resistance and reliable processing of various materials.

This version features a G3/4" threaded connection and is designed for direct integration into industrial dispensing and mixing systems. The stepped outlet allows controlled dispensing and flexible adjustment of material flow.

With its large diameter and high number of mixing elements, it delivers maximum mixing performance and is particularly suitable for applications with very high material throughput and continuous processes.

It is specifically designed for applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences, such as mixing ratios of 10:1 or 100:1.

Typical applications include industrial bonding, potting and mixing processes requiring the highest levels of precision and process reliability.
