The Static Mixer MCH 05-32T is a compact disposable mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The helix mixing geometry ensures consistent mixing performance while maintaining a low residual volume.

The mixer features a bell inlet (C-System) with separate inlets for component A and B, ensuring a secure connection between cartridge and mixer. The MCH version (white) is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1, while the MCHX version (orange) is suitable for 4:1 and 10:1 applications.

With a stepped outlet, the mixer is suitable for precise dispensing applications. The use of wide-slit nozzles is possible, and the mixer can also be mounted on larger 2-component cartridges. The use of a protective metal pipe is recommended for safe operation.
