The Static Mixer MCH 05-18T is a compact helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing with minimal material waste.

Based on the C-System, the mixer is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

Its compact design makes it particularly suitable for precise dispensing applications in limited spaces. The stepped outlet allows controlled application and can be adjusted if required.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
