The static mixer MBH 03-12D is a compact helix mixer designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing with minimal material waste.

The B-connection with separate inlets for A and B components guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MBH version (white) is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The straight outlet design enables direct and controlled dispensing.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision dispensing applications.
