Static mixer 9,3mm - 30 elements - Customized

This custom-made static mixer (9.3 mm, 30 elements) is a helical mixer for the reliable, homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives, sealants and potting compounds. The helical mixing geometry ensures even blending and a stable material flow.

With 30 mixing elements it achieves uniform mixing across the full outlet length. Plastic mixing elements and housing ensure reliable use in demanding industrial applications.

At pressures above 10 bar (150 psi) inside the mixer, the use of retainer tubes is required.
