Dosing Unit Extension mastermix gear drive

The dosing unit extension adds a complete, independent second dosing unit for the A and B components to an existing mastermix gear drive, with unchanged material supply from the existing containers.

This allows simultaneous application at two workstations with just one system, for higher productivity and better utilization.

Mounted on a base plate, consisting of:

• Supply and working hoses
• Material filter
• Material pressure regulator
• Gear pumps with servo motors
• Pressure sensors
• 2C material valve incl. material manifold
• Full integration into the existing control system
