The Complete Mixing Unit Set is a fully pre-assembled, professional mixing and application solution for the reliable processing of two-component materials such as polyurethane, silicone, and polysulfide. The set has been specifically developed for industrial applications where consistent mixing quality, high process reliability, and efficient handling are essential.

The core component of the system is the powerful 15L trumpet mixer (0001-9999-0013), equipped with three high-quality stainless steel mixing elements. These ensure homogeneous, uniform mixing of the materials and deliver reproducible application results, even with demanding media.

The fully pre-assembled complete set also includes a sealing gun, a Z swivel joint for ergonomic and flexible operation, as well as the complete material merging unit including all required fittings. This makes the system immediately ready for use and easy to integrate into existing dispensing and application processes.
