Wireless barcode scanner

The wireless barcode scanner reads the barcode on the adhesive drums in seconds and transfers the best-before date and batch number directly to the mastermix gear drive control system. Material usage, batch and expiry date are fully documented, without manual transfer and without transmission errors.

Beyond material documentation, the scanner reliably reads 1D barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes and other common formats. This also allows component numbers, vehicle identification numbers or employee numbers to be scanned. The control system links this data with the respective process parameters, creating complete documentation of every bonding operation, the basis for traceability and process reliability.
