The wireless barcode scanner reads the barcode on your adhesive drums within seconds and transfers the expiration date and batch number directly to the mastermix gear drive system control. This ensures complete documentation of material usage, batch and expiration date – without manual input and without transfer errors.

Beyond material documentation, the scanner reliably reads 1D barcodes, QR codes, Data Matrix codes and other common formats. This allows component numbers, vehicle identification numbers or employee IDs to be captured. The system control links this data with the respective process parameters, creating complete documentation of each bonding process – the basis for traceability and process reliability.

Capturing batch number and expiration date directly from adhesive drums
