As standard, our 2K dispensing systems are designed for a 20- or 200-liter A component and a 20-liter B component. This option extends the base system to allow processing of a pasty B component directly from a 200-liter drum using a follower plate.

The extension includes a special frame with a larger baseplate for secure positioning of the B drum, as well as a 200-liter drum pump with two lifting columns for convenient placement and drum change. The follower plate ensures reliable feeding of highly viscous materials.

This option is particularly beneficial for higher material throughput on the B side: instead of frequently changing 20-liter hobbocks, you can operate significantly longer from a 200-liter container. This reduces downtime, changeover effort and cost per liter of material.
