Cartridge gun repairs

Repairs and warranty cases for our cartridge guns are handled directly with you by our partner Innotech. This is the fastest way:

1. Download and fill in the repair form, one form per unit.
2. Send the unit to Innotech with the form and a copy of the purchase receipt (required for warranty claims).
3. For warranty repairs you receive the repaired unit back, otherwise a cost estimate.

For returns without repair or for disposal, Innotech charges a handling fee of 25,00 €, plus shipping costs for returns.
