The static mixer MPF 10-12T (GXF-10-12) is a high-performance precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for fast and homogeneous mixing of two-component materials. The cross-grid geometry enables highly efficient mixing with significantly reduced length compared to traditional helical mixers.

The mixing elements are made of polypropylene (orange at Ø 10 mm) and are optimized for industrial applications. The polypropylene housing ensures excellent chemical resistance and reliable processing of various materials.

Due to its compact design, the mixer is approximately three times shorter than comparable helical mixers, making it ideal for automated and robotic dispensing processes.

The stepped outlet allows flexible adjustment of material flow and controlled dispensing. The industrial standard connection with a 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures easy integration into existing dispensing systems.

With its higher number of mixing elements, it provides improved mixing performance and is well suited for demanding applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences.

Typical applications include industrial bonding, potting and dispensing processes requiring high precision and repeatability.
