1C gear-pump dosing system for the precise processing of one-component adhesives and sealants with medium to high viscosity from 200 l drums. The material is fed from the drum by a pneumatic follower-plate pump and supplied to the electrically driven gear pump, which enables continuous, flow-rate-controlled application with high dosing accuracy.

The system is suitable for manual workstations as well as for integration into semi- or fully automated processes. The open, maintenance-friendly design allows simple operation and reliable continuous use.

On request, the system is also available in a compact, mobile version for 20 l hobbocks.
