The compactpremix mixing unit set is a fully pre-assembled, professional premixing and mixing solution for the precise processing of two-component materials such as polyurethane, silicone, and polysulfide. The system is specifically designed for industrial applications where homogeneous material preparation, process reliability, and reproducible results are essential.

The core component of the set is the compactmix mixing unit with a 13 mm diameter, equipped with three high-quality stainless steel mixing elements. These elements are demountable for easy cleaning and ensure uniform, controlled mixing of the materials. The system is complemented by a separate premixing unit, which ensures optimal material merging prior to the main mixing process.

The fully pre-assembled set also includes a sealing gun, a Z swivel joint for ergonomic handling, as well as all required fittings. As a result, the compactpremix set is ready for immediate use and can be seamlessly integrated into existing dispensing and application systems.
