The 60 Mesh Material Filter is a high-performance and reliable solution for filtering media in industrial metering, conveying, and application systems. It effectively protects downstream components such as valves, pumps, and mixing systems from particles, contamination, and deposits, significantly improving process reliability and system availability.

The filter is supplied with a 60 mesh filter screen (0001-9900-0002) and is ideally suited for use with adhesives, sealants, resins, lubricants, and other viscous media. Thanks to the 1/2" female thread (IG) connections, the material filter can be easily and securely integrated into existing systems.

Its demountable design allows for quick and easy cleaning as well as simple replacement of the filter screens, reducing maintenance time and operating costs. Alternative filter screens with different mesh sizes are available to meet specific filtration requirements.
