The static mixer MPP 9-14D (GXP-9.4-PA66-14) is a precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for highly accurate and efficient mixing of two-component materials. Unlike traditional helical mixers, the cross-grid geometry enables fast and homogeneous mixing with significantly reduced mixer length.

The mixing elements are made of polypropylene, optionally available in glass fiber reinforced PA66 for increased mechanical strength. The housing is also made of polypropylene, ensuring excellent chemical resistance.

Due to its compact design, the mixer is approximately three times shorter than comparable helical mixers, making it ideal for automated and robotic dispensing applications.

The straight outlet and industrial standard connection with a 16.7 mm bell inlet allow easy integration into existing dispensing systems. The mixer can also be combined with Luer-lock adapters for dosing needles.

It is specifically designed for applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences, such as mixing ratios of 10:1 or 100:1.

Typical applications include industrial bonding and potting processes, especially in automated environments requiring high precision and repeatability.
