X-Grid Static Mixer MPH 12-08T, GXP-H-11.8-8

The static mixer MPH 12-8T (GXP-H-11.8-8) is a compact precision mixer featuring an X-grid structure, designed for fast and efficient mixing of two-component materials. The cross-grid geometry enables consistent mixing with significantly reduced length compared to traditional helical mixers.

The mixing elements are made of polypropylene and are optimized for industrial applications. The polypropylene housing provides excellent chemical resistance and reliable processing of various materials.

Thanks to its compact design, the mixer is ideal for automated and robotic dispensing processes where space-saving design and precise mixing performance are critical.

The stepped outlet allows flexible adjustment of material flow and controlled dispensing. The industrial standard connection with a 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures easy integration into existing systems. The mixer can optionally be combined with Luer-lock adapters for dosing needles.

It is specifically designed for applications involving large viscosity or concentration differences, such as mixing ratios of 10:1 or 100:1.

Typical applications include industrial bonding, potting and dispensing processes requiring high precision and repeatability.
