Tandem material supply for mastermix gear drive

The tandem material supply expands the mastermix gear drive with a second complete A and B side, enabling drum changes during operation. While one drum pair is being emptied, the second remains ready for production. The changeover takes place without machine downtime and without interrupting the bonding process.

This dual material supply is especially beneficial for continuous applications, shift operation and time-critical production lines: higher system availability, planned drum changes and no unplanned stops caused by empty containers.

• Base frame for dual material supply from A and B side
• Second A side for 20 l or 200 l containers
• Second B side for 20 l or 200 l containers
• Additional modules for S7 control
• Software adjustments for automatic changeover operation
