The static mixer MBQ 05-16L-12 is a compact quadro (grid-style) mixer designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The chamber-based geometry ensures reliable mixing with low material consumption.

The B-connection with separate inlets for A and B components guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MBQ version (green) is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The Luer slip connection allows the use of dispensing needles or intra oral tips (IOT), enabling very fine and controlled application.

This version is designed for applications requiring adapted or extended dispensing systems and is ideal for precise and controlled low-volume dispensing.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants, especially in precision and low-volume dispensing applications.
