The Nordson OptiMixer 7361695 disposable plastic static mixer is designed to deliver optimized mixing performance with increased mixing length while maintaining a compact overall design. Its redesigned wedge-shaped acetal mixing elements ensure improved material flow and homogeneous mixing, while significantly reducing retained volume and material waste.

Compared to conventional square mixers, the OptiMixer is approximately 20% shorter and retains up to 30% less material, making it an efficient solution for applications focused on material savings. The mixer is suitable for use with 200 ml, 400 ml, and 600 ml cartridge systems and features a bell inlet connection for secure and reliable mounting.
