The static mixer MFHX 08-32T is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The F-connection with separate A and B inlets guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer. This ensures clean processing without cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MFHX version (orange) is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. With its larger diameter and high number of mixing elements, it provides intensive mixing performance and is ideal for applications requiring demanding mixing ratios combined with high material flow.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
