The static mixer MFHX 08-24T is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The F-connection with separate A and B inlets guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer. This ensures clean processing without cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MFHX version (orange) is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. With its larger diameter and medium length, it offers a balanced combination of material flow and mixing performance, making it particularly suitable for applications with demanding mixing ratios.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
