The static mixer MAQ 05-24L is a quadro mixer of the medmix MIXPAC A-system, designed for intensive and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The chamber-based quadro geometry provides particularly efficient mixing, especially for low-viscosity materials.

The A-system bayonet connection provides an easy and secure attachment to cartridges ranging from 25 ml to 75 ml. Separate inlets for A and B components guarantee a completely tight interface, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MAQ version (green) represents quadro mixing technology and is ideal for applications requiring intensive mixing performance. With its increased length and higher number of mixing chambers, it delivers enhanced mixing efficiency.

The Luer-lock outlet allows secure attachment of dispensing needles or accessories for precise and controlled dispensing. The use of intra oral tips (IOT) is also possible.

Typical applications include low-viscosity epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision dispensing and assembly applications.
