The static mixer MAHX 05-17T is a high-performance helix mixer of the medmix MIXPAC A-system, designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The optimized spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing even for demanding mixing ratios.

The A-system bayonet connection provides an easy and secure attachment to cartridges ranging from 25 ml to 75 ml. Separate inlets for A and B components guarantee a completely tight interface, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MAHX version (orange) is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. With its increased length, larger diameter and higher number of mixing elements, it provides improved mixing performance. The stepped tip allows flexible adjustment of material flow and controlled dispensing.

The use of intra oral tips (IOT) is possible, expanding the range of applications for precise dispensing tasks.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision dispensing and assembly applications.
