The static mixer MAH 06-17T is a high-performance helix mixer of the medmix MIXPAC A-system, designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The optimized spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing with minimal material waste.

The A-system bayonet connection provides an easy and secure attachment to cartridges ranging from 25 ml to 75 ml. Separate inlets for A and B components guarantee a completely tight interface, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MAH version (white) is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. With its extended length, larger diameter and high number of mixing elements, it delivers high mixing performance for demanding applications. The stepped tip allows flexible adjustment of material flow and controlled dispensing.

The use of intra oral tips (IOT) is possible, expanding the range of applications for precise dispensing tasks.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision dispensing and assembly applications.
