Static mixer MCHX 10-18T, with bell 16.7 mm (4:1 / 10:1 orange)

The Static Mixer MCHX 10-18T is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The MCHX series is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. The orange design indicates compatibility with these ratios. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

With its larger diameter, the MCHX 10-18T enables increased material flow and is particularly suitable for applications with higher volume requirements and demanding mixing ratios. At the same time, the number of mixing elements ensures reliable and consistent mixing performance. The stepped outlet allows controlled dispensing and can be adjusted if required.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants used in higher mixing ratio applications.
