The Static Mixer MCH(X) 15-12-30 is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. Its specialized geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The mixer is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. Despite its white color, it is compatible with these mixing ratios. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

With its large diameter, the MCH(X) 15-12-30 is particularly suitable for high material flow applications. The gap-filling outlet is specifically designed for filling gaps and larger volumes, enabling precise application of high-viscosity materials.

Typical applications include structural bonding, potting applications, and processing of high-viscosity 2-component adhesives and sealants.
