The Static Mixer MCH 1008-18S is a helix combo mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. By combining different diameters within one mixer, it achieves particularly efficient and consistent mixing performance.

The MCH series is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The mixer is compatible with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

As a combo mixer, the MCH 1008-18S combines two different geometries to optimize both material flow and mixing quality. The tapered tip outlet is particularly suitable for precise and fine dispensing applications.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
