The Static Mixer MCH 10-24D is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The MCH series is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

With its extended length and higher number of mixing elements, the MCH 10-24D provides improved mixing performance while maintaining a high material flow. The straight outlet allows direct and uniform dispensing and is ideal for applications requiring a defined material bead.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
