Static mixer MCH 10-18T, with bell 16.7 mm (1:1 / 2:1 white)

The Static Mixer MCH 10-18T is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The MCH series is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

With its larger diameter, the MCH 10-18T enables increased material flow and is particularly suitable for applications with higher volume requirements. At the same time, its compact length provides reliable mixing performance in limited space. The stepped outlet allows controlled dispensing and can be adjusted if required.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
