Static mixer MCH 08-32T, with bell 16.7 mm (1:1 / 2:1 white)

The Static Mixer MCH 08-32T is a helix mixer designed for reliable and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing while minimizing material waste.

The MCH series is based on the C-System and is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. The 16.7 mm bell inlet ensures compatibility with standard 2-component cartridges and dispensing systems, allowing easy integration into existing processes.

With its extended length and higher number of mixing elements, the MCH 08-32T delivers particularly intensive mixing performance and is ideal for applications requiring high mixing quality combined with increased material flow. The stepped outlet allows controlled dispensing and can be adjusted if required.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in industrial environments.
