The static mixer MKH 02-16S is a compact helix mixer designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing with minimal material waste.

The K-system with bayonet connection and separate inlets for A and B components guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MKH version (white) is designed for mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1. With its increased length and higher number of mixing elements, it provides improved mixing performance. The conical tip allows particularly fine and precise dispensing.

The mixer is designed for small cartridges (2.5 to 10 ml) and is resealable, allowing multiple uses while reducing material waste.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision and low-volume dispensing applications.
