The static mixer MBHX 05-20T is a compact helix mixer designed for precise and homogeneous mixing of two-component adhesives and sealants. The proven spiral geometry ensures consistent mixing with minimal material waste.

The B-connection with separate inlets for A and B components guarantees a completely tight interface between cartridge and mixer, preventing cross-contamination in the connection area.

The MBHX version (orange) is designed for mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1. With its larger diameter and increased number of mixing elements, it provides improved mixing performance and is particularly suitable for applications requiring demanding mixing ratios. The stepped outlet allows flexible adjustment of material flow and controlled dispensing.

Typical applications include epoxy, polyurethane, silicone and other 2-component adhesives and sealants in precision dispensing applications.
