Mixing ratio control
Article number 2000-9999-0023
Weight 15.0 kg
The mixing ratio control uses volume measuring cells to record the actually dispensed volume of each component, making the real mixing ratio measurable instead of only calculating it from target values and motor speeds. Deviations caused by viscosity changes, temperature influences, material batches or pump wear are detected immediately.
For 2K adhesives and sealants, the mixing ratio directly determines strength, curing behavior and long-term durability of the bond. Even small deviations can cause adhesive joints to fail or prevent the required sealing performance from being achieved. The volume measuring cells create the basis for a reproducible and documentable process.
Additional benefits beyond monitoring:
- Exact recipe control based on defined volumes
- Precise dispensing of a specified material volume per component or part
- Transparent and traceable process control in automated applications
Scope of delivery:
- 2 volume measuring cells for A and B components
- 2 Siemens counter modules
- Including engineering, installation and commissioning
